The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is an independent agency of the United States government responsible for consumer protection in the financial sector. It strengthens consumer finance markets by making rules more effective, by consistently and fairly enforcing those rules, and by empowering consumers to take more control over their economic lives.
TriVision collaborated with the Bureau to create a series of videos that would make CFPB’s message more understandable and appealing to their online audiences.
The TriVision team began an in-depth discovery process with the CFPB team and came away with a key insight: “…to use a human touch” in communicating to its audience. To fulfill that vision, we created a series of colorful, animated videos that illustrate complex financial concepts — such as taxation and bond buying — that are visually compelling and straightforward.
These videos included PSA commercials that used high impact motion graphics, titles, flash animation, and illustration. The commercials were done both in English and Spanish, and included radio versions.
