TERMS OF USE

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit payment is required with each order. The balance due on or before event date or completion of work. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit terms are accepted with approval from TriVision. Customer shall be responsible for and hereby agrees to pay all finance charges (minimum 2%) plus all costs of collection, including but not limited to attorney’s fees incurred with respect to delinquent accounts. All sales are final.

Quotations

All quotes provided by TriVision are valid for fifteen days. Orders not received within this time limit are subject to review. Prices and services subject to change without notice.

Tax Exemptions

Virginia businesses and nonprofit organizations must enclose a tax exempt form with their first order. If the tax exempt form is not received, appropriate Virginia state sales tax will be charged.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on the product and service. Turnaround times are quoted in working business days, and do not include weekends or holidays. Any delays caused by the client during review approval or other legitimate circumstances during production may increase turnaround time.

Cancellations

All canceled orders will be charged a minimum fee equal to or greater than 50% of the deposit paid regardless of degree of completion. Orders already in the production process will be charged according to the degree of completion at the time of cancellation. This policy applies to all TriVision contracts and invoices.

Quality Control

TriVision takes pride in the consistent quality of our work. We perform extensive checks of your job before, during, and after the process to assure that your standards have been met. In the rare case that you are dissatisfied with your job, you must file a formal complaint within 24 hours. There is no guarantee for return of payment or doing any more work after a job is completed as per our understanding. Nevertheless, TriVision will do what’s possible to remedy the situation.

Original Artwork and Video Content

All original artwork, photographs, images etc. are returned to the customer. All preparatory & pre-press materials, artwork files, photographs and videos recorded and produced by TriVision remain the exclusive property of TriVision. TriVision reserves the right to have the appropriate credits in the video and other materials created by TriVision.

Copyright Infringements

TriVision will not accept responsibility for copyright infringements resulting from the reproduction of materials provided by its customers. TriVision reserves the right to refuse any job it believes will violate federal, state or local law.

Drop Shipping Information

If you would like the job to be shipped to a third party, please be sure to include the address, phone number, and contact name for the drop shipment. Also be sure to arrange payment prior to drop shipment.

On-Location Video Disclosure

TriVision is not responsible for any restrictions placed by the location such as lighting, movement, and/or camera placement. During these conditions, the TriVision crew will try to do their best to compensate for the difficulties.

Assumptions and Understandings

Please check the contract scope and terms thoroughly. TriVision accepts no responsibility for any misunderstanding.
